Recommended Book On Cooking With Essential Oils

Recently, I saw a video teaching us how to use essential oils in our cooking. There was a lot of good information on it and they have a couple of videos available, with some of the recipes they have come up with. You can find information on that at www.eatplant.org

Ever since that video, I have been interested in using essential oils in cooking. I researched it a little more and found a cookbook for using essential oils in cooking. It was originally written in German and some of the essential oils seem to be available in Germany or Europe. For the ones we cannot get here in America, we can just substitute using herbs instead of the essential oils. But, I would love to get a hold of some of those oils. I had no idea so many things could be made into essential oils!

It has a lot of recipes that I think I will make over time. There are also recipes for making seasoned salts and oils, which is why I bought the book in the first place.
