Homemade Yogurt With A Touch Of Lime

My husband had oral surgery last week, so we have had to make some alterations to his food. He can eat things like yogurt or gelatin dishes, but I leave the fruit out this time.

Here is the yogurt I made for him for breakfast. It has no fruit in it, but it has a touch of lime.

Yogurt With A Touch Of Lime

1 cup plain yogurt - homemade* or store bought
2 drops lime essential oil (make sure you use one that says it can be consumed)
6 or 7 drops of liquid stevia

Combine all ingredients and put into a serving bowl or dish.

Note: You might like more or less stevia. You can certainly use sugar or Swerve in place of stevia. Use sweetener to taste.

*The yogurt I used is from a Bulgarian yogurt culture. You can get this culture from Cultures For Health at www.culturesforhealth.com

For those interested in the liquid stevia, here is where I get mine:
amazon.com (affiliate link).
I prefer the organic type though. You can get both from amazon.com. You might be able to get these at Whole Foods or a health food store.
